Parking at Neyland Stadium

1235 Phillip Fulmer Way, Knoxville, TN 37916

The short answer

Every lot around Neyland is for permit holders only. Without a pass, park at the Civic Coliseum ($30 with the shuttle) or downtown and ride a KAT shuttle ($10 round trip).

Where to park

  • All game-day lots around Neyland Stadium are reserved for parking pass holders (Tennessee Fund donors). UT advises fans without a pass to stay out of the campus corridor.
  • Civic Coliseum park and ride (500 Howard Baker Jr. Ave.): $30 per car, parking and the round-trip shuttle included. Card only (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover); pay the attendant entering Coliseum Garage A or B, or buy ahead through Ticketmaster from the Coliseum's parking page.
  • Downtown: park near Market Square or the Old City and take a KAT shuttle (below).
  • Have a parking pass? Add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before you leave home. UT says not to count on Wi-Fi near campus.

Shuttles & park and ride

  • KAT 51E Market Square / Krutch Park: boards at Krutch Park on Clinch Avenue. $10 round trip per person, bought in the Transit app.
  • KAT 51D Old City (SEC games only): boards on Willow Avenue near Covenant Health Park. $10 round trip per person in the Transit app. 2026 dates: Sept. 26, Oct. 3, Oct. 17, Nov. 7 and Nov. 21.
  • KAT 51A Civic Coliseum: boards in front of the Coliseum Garage. The ride is included in the $30 parking, so don't buy a shuttle pass too.
  • All three run nonstop starting 3 hours before kickoff, until game time.
  • Rides home leave from Walters Life Sciences, from the start of the fourth quarter until about an hour after the game. Look for the route sign (51E, 51D or 51A).

Accessible parking

  • About 150 free accessible spaces at the UT Institute of Agriculture (2450 E.J. Chapman Dr.), first come, first served. You need a valid placard or plate; no football pass needed.
  • A free accessible shuttle picks up at the Business Incubator Building (same address) and drops off at the Student Union loading dock, from 3 hours before kickoff until 1 hour after the game.
  • When that lot fills, UT sends fans to the Civic Coliseum: accessible parking there is free, and KAT's LIFT paratransit runs from the Coliseum Garage to the Student Union (one companion per rider).
  • Elevators are at Gates 4, 21 and 26 and start 2 hours before kickoff. Accessible entry questions: Event Management, (865) 974-1205.

RVs & buses

  • On-campus RV parking is for UT donors with a permit only. There is no public RV parking on campus.
  • The City of Knoxville's RV spots are sold out for the 2026 season, and the Civic Coliseum no longer takes RVs.
  • Charter and school buses: email [email protected] before game day with the number of buses and arrival time. There is no public bus parking on Phillip Fulmer Way or Chamique Holdsclaw Drive.
  • Knoxville's rental scooters are not allowed in the UT Ride Zone on game days.

Traffic, closures & towing

  • From 5 a.m., Peyton Manning Pass and Phillip Fulmer Way (Cumberland Ave. to Lake Loudoun Blvd.) are closed except to Lot 9 and Middle Drive permit holders.
  • Volunteer Boulevard closes for about 30 minutes for the Vol Walk (it starts 2 hours 25 minutes before kickoff). UT tells permit holders in that area to arrive 2 hours before kickoff.
  • Cumberland and Neyland Drive get heavy traffic before and after the game. After the game, three westbound lanes on Neyland Drive head toward Alcoa Highway, I-40 and Kingston Pike.
  • Cars parked illegally or in restricted areas are towed at the owner's expense. To get yours back, call UT Parking & Transportation Services at (865) 974-3588, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (or until kickoff, if earlier).

Prices, lots and shuttle times change every season, and sometimes game to game. Check the official pages before you go.
