These terms cover using Visiting Side (visitingside.com), run by FanFuel Network, LLC. Reading the site is free and needs no account. A fan account is only needed to post in Talk and game threads. By creating an account or posting, you agree to these terms.

Who can post

  • You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian look over these terms with you.
  • One account per person. Keep your email current: it is how you sign in.
  • Pick a display name, not your real full name. Names that impersonate someone, a school, or Visiting Side are not allowed.

Community rules

Talk is for fans: game-day plans, tailgating, food, rivalry banter, and reactions. Keep it fun for everyone.

  • Talk about the game, not people’s private lives. Criticizing a play, a call, or a coaching decision is fine. Comments about an athlete’s body, looks, family, or personal life are not.
  • No harassment, threats, or hate. No slurs, no attacks on anyone’s race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or origin. No threats of any kind, including toward officials, players, coaches, or other fans.
  • No personal information. Do not post phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, or other private details, yours or anyone else’s.
  • No selling or spam. No ticket sales or swaps, no payment handles, no advertising, no repeated posts. Businesses can advertise with us instead.
  • No sexual content, illegal activity, or betting promotion.
  • Some posts are checked first. Posts with slurs, links from new members, contact details, or ticket sales are held until a person reviews them.

How moderation works

  • Most posts show right away. Posts with slurs, contact details, ticket sales, or links from new members are checked by a person before they show.
  • Anyone signed in can report a post. Posts reported by several fans are hidden until reviewed.
  • We may remove any post, and suspend or close any account, that breaks these rules or that we believe harms the community. We try to review reports within 24 hours.
  • Threads open 3 days before a game and lock 24 hours after.

Your posts

  • You are responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of it, and you give Visiting Side permission to show it on the site.
  • You can delete your own posts, or delete your account and all your posts, from your account page at any time.
  • Posts are opinions of the fans who write them, not Visiting Side.

Independent site

Visiting Side is an independent site. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SEC or any school. Team names are used only to identify schedules and conversations.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect for accounts and posts (your email, display name, posts, and the IP address a post came from) and how it is used.
